This old 3-bedroom apartment in Coogee was totally transformed and brought back to former glory by enhancing original features such as door heights. Making the most of unusually high 3 metre ceilings we increased all the old head heights to 2.7 metres which dramatically opened up the space.
There was existing structural damage with floor joists eaten by termites so we added joist work in without disturbing the old floor. After the structural work we added in a second bathroom, beautiful wide American Oak flooring throughout and new skirting and architraves.
