This first floor addition, extension and full renovation was another referral for Structure Building through happy clients. The owners had basic plans drawn up and wanted extra room for their growing family with more bedrooms and two additional bathrooms. We also renovated the existing bathroom.
The insulation product we used has significantly improved comfort for the family and it’s now a warm and cool space for the owners.
Another cool feature was building the laundry upstairs, taking the clutter away from downstairs and becoming a functional zone for everyday living.
The stairway, all with custom joinery, was to be rendered but Steve suggested carefully sanding and sealing the original brick – and what a result!
